Ce - Fiorella - happy 19th birthday

This piece has a very fun vibe to it that really gives it charm. That said, there is room for improvement. Your character feels like she is a bit stretched- like her body is too skinny and her torso too long, even for an anime style. Her outfit is very cute though, and the shading on the skirt is spot-on. I would like to see a little more detail in her hair, some stronger shading, and perhaps have it be more in back of it. Her hair is so dense and so prominent in the space in front of her that it distracts from her.

As for the pink text, the pink doesn't really make it better. The problem is that it is overlapping the image, it is squeezed, and it looks a bit cluttered. Find a nice font that is legible and clear, make all the lines the same size, and run them down a side that has nothing on it. I would say that even sideways would work fine- on the right side in this example. Give it space, the letters are so crowded on the first line that it is not easy to read.
