I know this isn't your OC but, you have drawn Timofie beautifully. I especially love the wings, however, are you trying to make them glow? If so you should use contrasting colors, for example: [link] and/or add layers of lighter colors to give it that glowing effect. Also when something glows the light will also show up on the person's skin and clothes. Same applies for the star on the tail.

Love the pose, he looks cute like that. Also make your shading stronger and add wrinkles to the clothing to make it look more realistic. Don't worry, everybody finds wrinkles in the clothing difficult (even me still) but the more you draw them the better you get.

But overall this is a nice picture.
